User agreement
Draft rules for using Couriero.
Status and parties
This is a draft agreement. Controller legal details are missing, so this document is not presented as a finalized offer. Couriero helps people find each other to transport permitted items. Participants agree carriage, price, meeting place and timing directly.
Account
Browsing and search need no registration. Publishing, favorites, responses and viewing contacts require Telegram sign-in. Never share a sign-in confirmation link. Provide your own contacts and verify who receives your parcel.
Listings
Authors are responsible for accurate routes, dates, weight, descriptions and contacts. An administrator manually reviews publication and edits. Review does not guarantee identity, legality of a particular shipment, delivery or customs clearance. Expired listings are excluded from the active catalog.
Permitted items
Do not use the service for prohibited goods, dangerous cargo, illegal medicine trade, fraud or evasion of customs rules. A category label does not authorize carriage. Before handover, participants must check origin, transit and destination laws and carrier conditions. Do not accept sealed unknown packages without checking their contents.
Contacts and responses
A response shares a message and an approved contact with the listing author. It is not a booking or a carriage contract with Couriero. The service does not collect carriage payments or provide insurance or transaction guarantees. Do not transfer money to a stranger solely based on a listing.
Moderation and reports
The administrator may reject or withdraw a listing, restrict an abusive account and request corrections. Report a listing by sending its link to @kuryero_com. Do not publish others’ documents, phone numbers or conversations in descriptions.
Deletion and termination
Withdraw listings in My listings and delete the account in Profile settings. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected. Final operator details, dispute procedures, governing law and liability terms require legal review.
Platform role and responsibility
Couriero is an information marketplace for publishing and finding listings, not a carrier, insurer or escrow service. Parties independently check each other and agree on cargo, payment and handover, including in external messengers. Moderation does not guarantee identity, legality of a particular shipment or performance. Check terms and the recipient before sending money. This clause does not exclude mandatory platform liability or statutory data-protection duties.
